Stop the Re-Zone that will overdevelop our community.

Get involved to help keep Brevard County from re-zoning Sherwood Golf Course into dense houses and condominiums.

Impacts of rezoning

Loss of Community Identity

Neighbors around the golf course walk together and gather at the club house. The neighborhoods would be entirely separated from each other and existing homes would become only a percent of the new dense population

Overwhelm Utilities

Streets, sewage and stormwater drainage systems are already near capacity. Adding additional housing to our streets will cause traffic congestion, create flooding concerns and tap water restrictions.

Property Values

The existing home values will plummet if all green space is removed and high-density housing is shoved in the place of ponds and fairways.
